By downloading or using Nurevo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Nurevo provides nutrition information and health scores for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified provider about your specific health needs, allergies, or conditions. Don't rely on a score alone for medical decisions.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Nurevo Plus is billed through your app store on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the policy of the app store you purchased through.
Nurevo and its logo, scores, and software are owned by Nurevo, Inc. Your diary entries and saved data remain yours; by using the app you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide and improve the service.
The service is provided "as is." While we work hard on accuracy, food data can contain errors and we don't warrant it is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurevo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we'll notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions? Email legal@nurevo.app.
